Sean Rassman, MD, orthopaedic surgeon from Kaiser Permamente Medical Group has made two trips to Vietnam in 2009 and again in 2010.  Along with other volunteers, he was able to bring much needed medical equipment to shoulder specialist, Ahn Ngyuen, of Ho Chi Minh City.  He was able to help establish the Saigon Arthroscopy Training Center with the equipment donated by Operation Arthroscopy.
